Categories of messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, account-related notifications, document or signature requests, customer service responses, and other communications related to the services you have engaged us to provide.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and ongoing engagement with us.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not be sent further messages unless you opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors that support our text-messaging services, for example our SMS platform provider, is limited solely to providing the messaging services you have consented to receive, and these vendors are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Outside of the SMS-specific restriction above, we may share your personal information only as necessary to provide our services and operate our business.
This may include sharing information with custodians, broker-dealers, insurance carriers, and product sponsors involved in your accounts; with service providers and software vendors that support our operations under appropriate confidentiality obligations; with regulators, auditors, or law enforcement when required by law; and with other parties when you direct us to do so.
We do not sell your personal information.
